Focus IT receives funding for its market repositioning

Focus IT, a SAP consulting firm specializing in support and supply of complementary solutions, is the new investment of the CCN Fund (Centerless Competence Network).

The initiative is part of the company's expansion plan and is a consequence of the growth of the organization, which decided to seek resources in the market to reposition itself. 

The proposal is to use the fund to seek operations that bring new technologies to advance the repositioning of its partnership with the SAP PartnerEdge program. 

"In pandemic, technology stopped being an isolated vertical and became a protagonist, increasing the interest of the market and, consequently, of investors. We saw in this scenario an opportunity for expansion that, alone, would not be feasible. With the entrance of the fund, we will seek acquisitions, especially startups with an innovation bias to strengthen our verticals," explains Luciano Steinbruch, CEO of Focus IT. 

According to the executive, new technologies such as Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Deep Learning and Quantum Computing are some of the focuses that aim to contribute to the customer's evolution journey.

The company's management remains in the leadership of the company and will implement the principles of Corporate Governance through an Administrative and Fiscal Council, which will follow the standards of Brazil's official stock exchange, B3.

Founded in 2014, the company has expertise in business lines and SAP technology platforms.

With projects throughout the national territory and countries like Canada, Portugal, Germany, United States, Italy and Spain, Focus IT serves customers such as Wickbold, Haver & Boecker, Tracan, Privalia, Arese Pharma, Niehoff-Herborn, Schwing Stetter, Gráfica São Domingos, Royal FIC, Marcolin, Leão Bebidas, Kerakoll, Buckman, Continental Pneus, Hospital Care, CSN, Bionovis and Cabelauto.
