Technology has been a factor of change for companies, offering tools that help optimize processes, making organizations more sustainable
Is digital transformation urgent? The pandemic may have given the answer to those who were still in doubt about it. Companies that have not understood the benefits of using technological resources to manage their processes may lose the opportunity to become more competitive, productive and sustainable. But this process must be accompanied by the purpose of offering a positive experience for the customer and employees, generating impact through the innovation of services and operations.
Technology is one of the main resources to transform business into Intelligent Companies, through the digitalization of processes, data analysis and business models that use Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence and predictive analysis to obtain insights that contribute to the development of customized strategies and decision making.
Intelligent Companies was one of the topics addressed in SAP NOW Brazil, which discussed how organizations with this profile use intelligence and resilience to deal with critical periods.
Intelligent Companies are attentive to social demands
It is by becoming aware of the responsibility of improving their processes to offer better experiences that companies understand the importance and impact they generate in the communities in which they are inserted, increasing the notion of social responsibility.
Through technology, they can create bridges with the pubic and contribute with educational actions that seek to meet the demands of social development and environmental preservation.
Initiatives to humanize digital work start from the use of solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, used to improve the management of human experience within organizations. Allied to the HR teams, the tool helps to potentiate the human capital using an optimized operational model.
Cases about employee experience optimization and global trends in human capital were presented by SAP customers during SAP NOW Brazil, showing how Intelligent Companies can structure their HR teams to gather information and manage their employees, having control over documents and data that help to understand the needs and desires of each professional.
Diversity and Inclusion Platform to Fight Inequalities
In 2018, SAP launched a platform called Diversity on the Streets, with the goal of increasing visibility and awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion. SAP proposed artists to paint murals telling stories of company employees with themes such as gender diversity, generational intelligence, culture and identity, and diverse capabilities. The project seeks to contribute to the construction of a fairer world, which prioritizes respect.
The growth of companies is linked to what they invest best and technologies are fundamental means to expand their voices, consolidate their purposes and attract people who share the same ideas.
