• Answering and resolving questions and incidents in the use of SAP ERP, both for operational matters and for incidents arising from customizations;
• Development and execution of improvements to improve business processes in the continuous use of SAP ERP;
• Training in situations where the business process can be optimized through knowledge transfer, either by training itself or by providing functional and technical material;
• Reduced demand from customers' internal IT staff to resolve functional and technical questions about the processes performed through SAP ERP;
• Adherence to SAP ERP maintenance rules regarding their increment and update, considering the models defined by the clients, including the technical procedures, nomenclatures and
technological standards;
• Compliance with customers' internal business rules and procedures, adhering to business priorities, business area demands and using this guideline to propose demanded solutions;
• Monitoring of activities performed to guarantee the agreed service level.
